The New MPPT Solar Charge Controller offers a range of power handling capabilities to suit various solar panel setups. Depending on your solar panel wattage, the controller can accommodate 30A (up to 360W), 40A (up to 480W), 50A (up to 600W), or 60A (up to 720W).

This controller is compatible with both lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. When using lithium batteries, you'll need to set the charging parameters according to the battery specifications, as detailed in the user manual.

If your solar panel is a 36V 200W model, you can still use it to charge a 12V battery. The controller supports a solar panel voltage range of 17V to 23V for 12V batteries, and 36V to 46V for 24V batteries. However, ensure the voltage does not exceed these limits, as it may damage the controller.

Please note that the inverter should be connected directly to the battery, not to the load terminals of the solar charge controller. This will ensure proper and safe operation.

There are no specific battery capacity requirements, as long as the voltage compatibility is maintained. However, it's recommended to match the battery capacity with the solar panel current. For example, a 5A solar panel would pair well with a 50Ah battery, while a 10A panel would suit a 100Ah battery. Avoid using a high-capacity solar panel with a small battery, as this could be dangerous.

To properly connect the solar panels, batteries, and controller, follow these steps: 1. Connect the battery first, ensuring it is fully charged. 2. Then, connect the solar panels. 3. When disconnecting, remove the solar panels first, then the battery. Connecting in the wrong order may damage the components.

The LCD display on the solar charge controller provides real-time monitoring of the system, including voltage, current, and power generation. The controller automatically checks the battery voltage upon connection and adapts to 12V or 24V systems.

When installing the solar charge controller, choose a well-ventilated location, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Use the appropriate mounting screws (M4 or M5) with a nut diameter less than 10mm. Leave enough space around the controller for proper cooling and easy access to the terminals.

The MPPT technology used in this solar charge controller is designed to detect the maximum charging current, rather than boosting or automatically adjusting the solar panel voltage. This ensures efficient power conversion and charging.

The package includes the solar charge controller and a user manual. Various models are available, including PWM 20A, PWM 30A, 300W, MPPT 30A, MPPT 60A, and MPPT 100A, to suit different power requirements.
