The newly improved Renogy Adventurer-Li now features two advanced capabilities. Thanks to its programmable Lithium charging voltage, the 30A PWM solar charge controller can now charge most Lithium batteries on the market. Additionally, the controller has been equipped with an RS232 port, enabling connection and communication with the Renogy BT-1 Bluetooth module. By integrating the BT-1, users can leverage the Renogy DC Home smartphone app to remotely monitor and adjust their solar system.

Designed with an aesthetically pleasing and integrated appearance, the Adventurer-Li is a negative-ground, flush mount controller intended for RV and camper walls. However, an included Surface Mount Attachment provides flexibility for those who prefer not to flush mount the device.

Capable of charging both 12V and 24V photovoltaic systems, the Adventurer-Li employs highly efficient PWM charging to regulate the flow of energy from the solar panels to the battery bank, thereby enhancing battery longevity. This charge controller is also equipped with a comprehensive self-diagnostic system and electronic protection functions to prevent damage from installation errors or system faults.

The Adventurer-Li automatically detects 12V or 24V DC system voltages (for non-lithium batteries), displaying the solar charging and battery operation information, customizable parameters, and error codes on its LCD screen and multiple LED indicators.

Utilizing smart 4-Stage PWM charging (Bulk, Boost, Float, and Equalization), the Adventurer-Li increases battery life and improves system performance. It also provides intelligent protection against reverse polarity, overcharging, short-circuit, and reverse current.

The negative ground design of the Adventurer ensures compatibility with any negative ground system, the standard and most conventional way of grounding. Users can safely earth ground any negative connection on the solar module, battery, and load as required.

The Adventurer-Li is compatible with a variety of battery types, including Deep Cycle Sealed (AGM), Gel, Flooded, and Lithium battery options.

Lastly, the RS232 port can work in tandem with the BT-1 Bluetooth module to deliver real-time energy data across the DC Home smartphone app and Renogy ONE M1 platform, empowering users to monitor and manage their solar system remotely.
